Behaviour Support Assistant – Full time

We are actively recruiting individuals passionate about supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties (SEBD) and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The role involves building strong 1:1 relationships with pupils to guide and support them positively. Candidates should be comfortable handling behavioural challenges and quick-thinking to de-escalate potential conflicts.

Preference will be given to applicants with a sporting background, as engaging pupils in outdoor activities like sports can help manage agitation and re-engage them academically.

Experience working with primary and secondary pupils is desirable, but enthusiasm and interest in this field are also welcome. A driving license is preferred due to off-site activities, and a full enhanced DBS check is required.
