Protocol Education are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within schools across North Bristol.
This role is a person-centred approach supporting young people with a learning disability. Whether the child has SEMH (Social + Emotional Mental Health) or ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) or ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or any other learning disability that may hinder their behaviour and/or learning within a classroom setting.
There are many schools that Protocol Education work with that are looking for a caring and intuitive individual to help support the behaviour of student(s) within the classroom. A lot of candidates are seen to go from temp to perm roles.
Prior experience of working/volunteering in an educational setting with students with these needs is desired.
Previous successful candidates from Protocol Education have had experience in Youth Work, Care/Hospital experience, Art/Creative backgrounds, Psychology/Sociology Graduates.Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about this and what to get involved with this career!

Pay: Dependant on experience.
