School Behaviour Mentor – Leicester – August 2024

We are recruiting enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated Behaviour Mentors and Activity Leaders to join our growing team on a FULL TIME and PART TIME basis starting August 2024 in local Primary Schools and SEN / AP Schools.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality Physical Education, Well-being, Intervention & PSHE Provision to children in partner primary schools.
  • Work closely with schools and provide Physical Education CPD sessions with teachers.
  • Plan and deliver engaging physical activities, sports, creative play, and skill-based games.
  • Build professional relationships with schools and children.
Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 or Degree qualification in sports or child workforce related field.
  • Passion for teaching/coaching and making a positive impact.
  • Ability to build relationships with schools.
Role Objectives:
  • Make a positive difference to children’s lives daily.
  • Develop innovative ideas to engage and motivate children.
  • Plan lessons, monitor progress, and evaluate impact.
Additional Duties:
  • Deliver structured sessions across multiple locations.
  • Manage class behavior effectively.
  • Deliver intervention groups and 1:1 support related to Active Phonics.
