Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school environment, providing targeted support to children with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable pupils.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, complex learning difficulties, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Assist with behaviour management strategies and classroom engagement

Work closely with teaching staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment

Provide 1:1 or small group support, adapting to individual student needs
