Behaviour Mentor (Secondary School)

Are you passionate about supporting young people and creating positive learning environments?

This Ofsted outstanding rated secondary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with a student who requires additional support due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours.

What will you do?

  • Provide individualized support to the student, working closely with the class teacher.
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies in collaboration with the school team.
  • Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages the student's growth and learning.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to assist with classroom preparation and management.

  • Proven success in supporting students with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviours.
