About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivatedBehaviour Mentor. In this role, you will support learning sessions under the direction and guidance of the class teacher and provide cover as needed, you may also be required to support students on a 1-1 basis.

If you are passionate, able to inspire and motivate students, and committed to delivering the best educational outcomes for young people, we would love to hear from you.

What will you do:

  • Support working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
  • Assist pupils with special educational needs through the delivery of specific learning programmes and contribute to setting and reviewing individual education plan targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils’ responses to learning activities and track their progress towards targets.
  • Advance learning by working with individuals, small groups, and whole classes without the presence of the assigned teacher.
  • Provide 1-1 support.
