Protocol Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a specialist SEMH provision in Heaton. You will provide 1:1 mentoring, build trusting relationships, support emotional wellbeing and encourage positive behaviour choices to help pupils engage in learning. The role is full-time and long-term with daily pay of £95–£105.
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to monitor progress and contribute to a safe, supportive classroom culture.
