About This Role

Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Location: Crewe

Salary: £85-£100 a day dependent on experience

Leader Education are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work alongside children within Secondary and Primary supporting them in and outside of the classroom. This role will entail you working with students who have had challenging behaviour. You will work alongside them to help understand and channel their feelings to improve their behaviour and thus improve their academic performance. This role will require you to think on your feet and adapt at a moment's notice, making sure you always follow the school's policies. No day will be the same, you will get to know each student to impact them in a positive way.

Role Requirements

For this role you do not require experience, but it is desirable. You should have a passion for working with children and have a strong personality to allow you to manage behaviour effectively. You should be empathic and proactive to ensure you can meet the needs of everyone. If you have a background in Youth Work, Sport, Army, Police, Prison or Creative Arts such as Music or Art then please apply!
