Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire (SL8)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £90–£120 per day, depending on experience

About the Role:

A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Bourne End is seeking a confident and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join their team from September 2025. You will work closely with pupils who need support managing their emotions and behaviour, helping them succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with behavioural or emotional needs
• Develop and implement behaviour strategies tailored to individual pupils
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff
• Support teaching staff in promoting a positive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with the SENCo and pastoral team

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with behavioural challenges
• Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team player with a passion for helping young people thrive
• Relevant training or qualifications (desirable)
