As our Behaviour Management Lead, you will play a key part in providing a supportive and effective learning environment. You will be responsible for managing pupil behaviour and working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to help pupils reach their full potential. You will lead the development and implementation of whole-school strategies to improve behaviour, and you will also manage a personal caseload of pupils. Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individual pupils and create effective support plans
• Help reintegrate pupils back into school and prevent suspensions
• Provide specialist advice and support to parents and carers, working together to find the best way forward
• Organise and deliver training sessions on behaviour management to other staff members
• Work with feeder schools to ensure smooth transitions for our pupils
• Play a vital role in safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people

Qualifications and experience

We are looking for someone with a background in supporting teaching and learning, or a related field, who also has specialist knowledge of behaviour management.
