Bearbrook Combined School in Aylesbury is seeking a compassionate and proactive Behaviour Learning Mentor to join our pastoral team and help establish a dedicated alternative provision within the school.
Working term-time only (38 weeks) from 8.30am to 3.30pm, you will deliver 1:1 and small-group mentoring, promote emotional regulation through outdoor and indoor activities, and collaborate with staff, parents and external professionals for joined-up support across the school.

Bearbrook Combined School is wanting to strengthen our pastoral and behavioursupport. We are seeking a compassionate and proactiveBehaviour Learning Mentor to join our team. The role will complement our existing pastoral team, ensuring a joined-up approach to supportingchildren's wellbeing and emotional needs.
This new role will formthe foundation of a dedicated alternative provision - acalm, consistent and welcoming environment where children can feel safe,regulate their emotions, and rebuild confidence to re-engage in learning. The succesful candidate will also join our behaviour team to help with behaviour across the school.
