Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour HLTA to support pupils aged 11-16 in a specialist SEMH setting in Wandsworth. You will work with teachers and pastoral staff to lead learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide additional support for pupils displaying challenging behaviour.

The role requires experience as an HLTA or similar, strong behaviour management skills, and the ability to implement de‑escalation strategies to help pupils

Qualifications

• Must have HLTA experience with responsibility for behaviour.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• Confident leading lessons and managing behaviour independently.
• Ability to implement behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities
