Behaviour Mentor – Help Young People Glow and Grow

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential? Do you thrive on making a real difference in students’ lives—especially those who need extra support? We’re seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a forward-thinking and nurturing educational environment where every child is encouraged to glow and grow.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work closely with students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting them through structured pathways such as Engaging with Learning and Glow to GCSE. You’ll play a vital role in developing positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and personal growth—both in and beyond the classroom.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students with behavioural needs to fully access learning

Working alongside teaching and pastoral teams to deliver meaningful interventions

Helping deliver PSHE and Life Skills sessions that support students’ social and emotional development

Encouraging participation in the Glow Up Enrichment Programme to build confidence and life skills

Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting

A calm, empathetic and consistent approach to behaviour management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed
