Behaviour Specialists Required to support SEMH Pupils

A specialist SEMH provision in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire seeks a Behaviour Coach to join their team. This role is focused on supporting young people aged 11-18 who present with SEMH, SEN, and complex behavioural needs.

This role is tailored to a behavioural specialist within a setting where resilience, patience, and commitment are key. The school is looking for individuals who can build trust, promote positive behaviours, and create safe, structured environments where students can thrive.

Role responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils requiring behavioural support
  • Implement tailored strategies to encourage positive learning behaviours
  • Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to maintain consistent support
  • Act as a mentor, role model, and coach for pupils overcoming barriers to education
