Behaviour and Learning Mentor Graduate Scheme South London

Londons leading schools are seeking recent graduates for a Behaviour and Learning mentor role!

If you are a recent graduate and are looking to gain experience as a Behaviour and Learning Mentor whether that be for career clarification or in preparation for your next step this graduate scheme will support you in that process.

Role: Behaviour and Learning Mentor

Salary: 400550 PW

Visa: No Visa Sponsorship

Contract: Fulltime 1year (with the potential to extend for the right candidate)

Behaviour and Learning Mentor Role

  • Work closely with other professionals to support students in mainstream settings.
  • Collaborate with parents teachers and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Benefit from professional development opportunities like teacher training and gaining QTS.

Behaviour and Learning Mentor Requirements

  • Hold a 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate degree
  • Childcentred experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Resilient empathetic and committed to helping young people succeed.

Behaviour and Learning Mentor Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary role with potential for a permanent position.
  • Safeguarding is a priority: All candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks and vetting procedures in line with DfE guidance and Teaching Personnel policies.
  • Free safeguarding and Prevent training provided for all registered candidates.
