You'll mentor students individually, guide staff teams in implementing structured interventions, and maintain a visible presence to support both learners and colleagues. Your work will extend beyond the classroom—leading rewards systems, spearheading community outreach, and creating meaningful engagement opportunities through work experience and character development initiatives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
