Job Description:

Masters-level, licensed or license-eligible (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, LADC) candidate needed to fill the full-time clinical position. A master's degree must be in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field. Experience working with co-occurring disorders/substance use disorders is a plus but not required. The candidate will provide in-person community and home-based treatment to clients 18 years and older, including mental health counseling, community-integrated therapy interventions, and case management (linkage to / consultation with community resources). We provide on-site training and licensure supervision, making the position accessible for those new to the field or experienced professionals seeking growth. This position requires in-person work in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Requirements:

· 60-credit master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field, including coursework necessary for licensure.

· Must be licensed or license eligible in NH (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, LADC)

· Knowledge of mental health and substance use fields

· Strong team-oriented mindset

· Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and a clean driving record

· Self-starter and independent worker

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Compassionate and motivated to work with individuals seeking mental health services

· Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based practices as part of a multidisciplinary team in community and home settings
  • Attend daily treatment team meetings
  • Complete assessments and documentation promptly (progress notes, treatment plans, case management plans, eligibility documentation)
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 12-16 clients
  • Conduct emergency mental health assessments and triage
  • Provide five weeks of after-hours on-call crisis services annually

Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed or license eligible in NH (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, LADC)

Education: Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field eligible for licensure as LICSW or LCMHC in NH
