About the Position:
Dream Builders is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBA
  2. Collect data on client progress and behavior
  3. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
  4. Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support clients
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  6. Collaborate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
  3. Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
  4. Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  5. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 hours per week; Monday-Friday 4-6pm OR 5-7pm
