Outcomes First Group is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join The Grange Therapeutic School. This role involves supporting students with their behavioural needs, contributing to a positive learning environment, and being a pivotal part of a dedicated team. Location: The Grange Therapeutic School, Knossington, Oakham LE15 8LY
Salary: GBP25,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our school team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and monitoring student behaviour, helping to create a positive and productive learning environment for all.
The Grange Therapeutic School is an independent school for students aged 8-18 years with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Our school is based in a Victorian country house near Oakham with stunning views and fantastic facilities to develop not only the educational but also the social and emotional needs of our pupils. With access to woods and lakes on site, the school has an ethos about delivering a personalised curriculum tailored to, and driven by, the individuals. Behaviour is currently rated as "Outstanding" by Ofsted.
