  • BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)
  • Rate is based on years of related experience
  • Clearances are reimbursed after successful hire and billing with your case

Urgent Needs
  • Elizabethtown, PA: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-2:30pm
  • Gordonville, PA: Monday- Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm; Saturday 10am-12pm; male staff preferred
  • Lancaster, PA: Monday- Friday 10:30am-1:30pm - Home
  • Lancaster, PA: Tuesday and Thursday 2:45pm-4pm
  • Lititz, PA: Saturday 3pm-5pm
  • Mount Joy, PA: Monday and Tuesday 3pm-6pm

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
  • Prompt interventions in the areas of behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
  • Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent
Education / Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Experience working with children - preferred
Credentials
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
  • TB Screening (current within 3 months)
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
