Role Description
Befriender 'In Home' Volunteer
Location: Guildford
Time Commitment: Flexible
The Befriender 'In Home' Volunteer will play an important role by providing companionship to someone we support in Guildford and spending time with them, visiting them in the home, and engaging in activities they enjoy. These might include chatting over a cup of tea, reading books, playing board games, etc.

For safety reasons, we require a DBS check and two satisfactory references before confirming your volunteer role. As you will be volunteering with vulnerable individuals, you will also need to undertake safeguarding training, as well as any specific training related to the role.
