Job Summary: The Before and After School Care Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities for school aged children in a safe nurturing environment. This role uses strong leadership skills, creativity, and excitement for working with children. Some responsibilities include preparing activity schedules, organizing recreational and enrichment activities, and ensuring the safety of all children.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Schedule: Aug 13, 2025 – June 5, 2026 – Monday through Friday. Follows MPS Elementary calendar for closures.
School Year Workday: Monday – Friday, 6:45am – 8:45am (9:45am on Wednesday only) AND 3:30-6:00pm
Benefits: Paid time off, Sick time, and School Retirement Plan
Wages: $16.00 per hour
