Greene King is seeking a Beer Ambassador to bring the brewery experience to life across bar, shop, tours and events. You will deliver brilliant customer service, advise guests on beers and food, and support tours with questions. The role includes occasional kitchen cover and event work.

Hours: Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., with potential evenings and events. Training and development opportunities are provided within a long-standing British hospitality brand.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience serving customers at the bar or in a restaurant is desirable.
• Able to upsell and advise on beers, coffee and food.
• Team oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

As a Beer Ambassador, you will bring our brewery experience to life by sharing your passion for Greene King beers and delivering brilliant customer service across the bar, shop, tours and events. Each day will be varied, combining bar work, customer interaction, and hands‑on support with tours, retail, and occasional kitchen cover.

Working hours: Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., with occasional evening and event work as required.
