Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks to specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers while they dine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service to all guests.
• Recommend drinks and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and safe bar area at all times.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth service during shifts.
