Job summary

360 Recruitment Ltd is seeking skilled Beef & Lamb Butchers & Slaughterers for long-term roles in Northeast Scotland. You will work on beef and lamb processing with a focus on quality, hygiene and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate starts are available for the right candidates, with 28 days holiday per year and a long-term contract offering job security within a reputable operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a butcher (de-boner) and/or slaughterer
• Strong knowledge of beef and/or lamb processing
• Experience in hook de-boning and/or pace line work is highly advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

Responsibilities

• Processing beef and/or lamb to a high standard
• De-boning, trimming, and preparing cuts efficiently
• Working on slaughter lines where required
• Following strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
