Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide and we’re expanding across the UK. You don’t need prior instructing experience—we train you from the start to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Earn around £38/hour for lessons, with potential to reach £50,000+ per year by working full-time. You decide when you work, with most lessons within 30 minutes of home, and our Training Academy provides full DVSA Parts 1–3 training.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Begin training to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with our Training Academy.
• Teach learners and support their progress while training to ADI.
• Operate as a flexible, independent driving instructor within the nationwide network.
• Benefit from structured training and ongoing support to succeed.
