Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Driving School Instructors to join our nationwide UK network. We’ll train you from the start and guide you to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), with flexible hours and strong earning potential.

Typical lessons are £38 per hour; you decide when you work—mornings, evenings, weekends, or full-time. Instructors usually teach within 30 minutes of home across 6–8 postcodes, with a structured Training Academy and training fees paid back after one year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners.
• Support learners through DVSA training stages 1–3.
• Plan and adapt lesson plans using Training Academy resources.
