Nottinghamshire Police is offering a Detective pathway Police Constable Entry Programme. This 3-year trainee route leads to qualification as a Detective, with a focus on serious investigations and victim support.

The role involves rotating placements, mentorship, and a structured development path toward PIP1 and PIP2 investigator status. Salary ranges £32,256 to £52,014 per annum, pro-rata for part-time, with обучение and flexible working considerations.

Formación

• We are looking for people who are great problem solvers with excellent communication skills, tenacious, detail-oriented, creative and team oriented.
• Hold 2 A levels or a Level 3 qualification (National Diploma, Level 3 NVQ, Access to Higher Education Diploma).
• Or have relevant quantifiable experience to the role of police constable (conditions apply).
• Or are a current serving PCSO with probationary period and 12 months in post.
• Or are a current serving Special Constable with independent patrol status at application time.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (manual).
• You will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and bank holidays.
• You must have resided in the UK for at least the last 3 years.

• Investigate serious and complex cases by gathering evidence, interviewing suspects and conducting victim and witness management.
