Role: Beauty Therapy Lecturer

Location: Harrow-On-The-Hill Campus

Salary: £16,288-£22,630 (Actual salary for 18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

Hours: 18 hours per week

Contract: Part Time, 52 weeks per year

About the Role

Beauty Therapy Lecturer

We are supporting a FE College who are currently seeking a part- time Lecturer in Beauty Therapy to teach across a range of programmes including full time City and Guilds Levels 2, 3 and 4 and commercial courses including Beauty Therapy short courses, evening courses and Hair Reduction and Skin Rejuvenation using Laser systems.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and assess part--time Beauty Therapy courses, including advanced techniques such as Advanced Epilation, Hair Reduction using IPL, and Skin Rejuvenation using LASER systems
  • Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and support students to achieve their potential
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of programmes
  • Participate in student recruitment, induction, progress reviews, and support activities
  • Maintain up-to-date resources and ensure compliance with quality standards
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • Some teaching, training or assessing experience in the area of Beauty Therapy
  • Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector and be a qualified assessor – or at least be willing to work towards these qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within the Beauty industry
  • Experience or qualifications in Laser Treatment is desirable
