Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, the clinic specializes in advanced, high-performance facials. Our pioneering treatment menu, combining science and nature, has developed a loyal following including top-tier beauty media, fashion industry professionals, and celebrities.

Our team of expert Beauty Therapists: Deliver the Pfeffer Sal skincare philosophy with a tailored approach to meet each client's specific needs. We pride ourselves on passion, knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service, treatments, and education to our loyal clients.

Our treatments include:

• Bespoke facials

• Micro-needling

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Ideally, 3+ years of experience performing advanced facials, preferably in a skin clinic or luxury market sector.
• UK NVQ Level 3 or 4 minimum qualification / CIBTAC / CIDESCO or equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding of cosmeceuticals and advanced dermal treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology.
• Previous laser experience/qualifications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.
• Detail-oriented with effective multi-tasking and time management skills; conscientious and dedicated.
• Confident in building and maintaining client relationships and demonstrating excellent customer service standards.
• A team player with a positive outlook, able to work under pressure.

Working hours: Flexibility required. We operate a 4-day shift pattern totaling 40 hours per week:

• Monday to Wednesday: 9:30 am to 8 pm
• Thursday to Friday: 9:30 am to 9 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 am to 7 pm
