About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Beauty and Laser Therapist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.

As a Therapist, you will perform various treatments using innovative technologies and ingredients that deliver proven results. You will recommend treatment plans and skincare routines tailored to each client's needs, creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations.

We focus on training, education, and professional growth, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

To be a successful applicant

• Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
• Experience with medical-grade devices (e.g., Candela, Heallite) - not essential
• Passionate about skincare and professional treatments
• Experience in retail and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dedication to building client confidence
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to treat all genders
• Availability for weekends and late nights (Thu/Fri)
• Laser Safety Certification (completed or enrolled)
