About the Role:

This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-motivated, energetic, and professional therapist with a passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client care.

You will perform a variety of treatments, support day-to-day clinic operations, and help drive business growth through client retention and upselling.

Client Services & Treatments -

Perform high-quality aesthetic and laser hair removal treatments
Promote and upsell packages, memberships, and skincare products
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Deliver a 5-star luxury experience from consultation to aftercare
Reception & Admin

Manage bookings and appointment schedules
Handle client communications (WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, email)
Greet clients warmly and manage reception duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Clinic Operations

Maintain clean and well-stocked treatment and reception areas
Assist with packing online orders and unpacking deliveries
Support in-person events and in-clinic promotions
Occasionally run small errands
