Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments including body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before starting services. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Ensure workstation and treatment room cleanliness. Promote and sell spa services and retail products. Maintain tools, equipment, and treatment areas. Follow safety and hygiene standards. Handle guest concerns professionally and follow Marriott procedures for inappropriate conduct. Maintain current skills and licensure as per regional requirements.
