Job Title: Beauty Therapist - Casual Contract £14.52 per hour, Liverpool

Position Summary: Provide massage services and body treatments to guests, assess guest needs, promote services and retail offerings, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest safety and comfort. Follow all safety protocols and maintain current licensure.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide massage and body treatments using props and products.
2. Assess guest needs and contraindications before treatment.
3. Keep up-to-date with current techniques and modalities.
4. Escort guests, prepare treatment rooms, and promote guest comfort.
5. Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
6. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and workstations.
7. Monitor treatment times and handle guest behavior professionally.
8. Report accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
9. Follow all company policies, maintain professional appearance, and ensure confidentiality.
10. Develop positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• State or Regional Massage License.
