Qualifications

• Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist bevorzugt.
• Wille zur Teilnahme an Schulungen und zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Spa-Behandlungen und Kundenbetreuung.
• Buchungen für Spa-Behandlungen und Fitnesskurse entgegennehmen.
• Sicherstellen, dass die Behandlungsräume sauber sind.

Job description

£11.80 an hour and a share of Calcot gratuities

Full time – 38.5 hours per week

Working within an award-winning Spa, you will have the opportunity to work as a Club Host whilst working towards your Beauty Level 2 qualification. You will attend college days at The Cedars Academy in Gloucester alongside ongoing support and development from our Spa team to transform your knowledge and practical hands-on skills to an exceptionally high standard.

This is a role for someone who enjoys a customer-facing environment, delivers service with a smile, and is motivated to give our Calcot guests a first-class Spa and club experience.

The Role:

• Commitment to attend all college and training sessions with a positive and proactive approach
• Carrying out a range of Spa treatments
• Participate in product House training to have a deep understanding of the key product partners we work with and the benefits they give to our guests
• Welcome members and guests; provide them with tours of club facilities
• Take bookings for Spa treatments, Day Spa packages, Fitness classes, and Personal training
• Take pre-orders for food and beverage, making teas, coffees, and smoothies as well as running a daily Spa lunch service
• Ensuring treatment rooms are spotless
• Assist guests with bike hiring and assign bikes and safety equipment
• Complete and pass Product house training courses to further knowledge in new treatment protocols
• Carrying out regular Facility checks
