The role:

Delivering treatments and exceptional client care, you’ll develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain high standards of customer service by performing professional treatments according to Clarins (UK) Ltd guidelines.
• Promote brand differentiation by sharing ingredient stories, product benefits, and usage of recommended homecare products both in the Spa and on the counter.
• Focus on building customer loyalty to encourage repeat visits.
• Create retail theatre to attract customers, telling the brand story and engaging with clients.
• Ensure high hygiene standards at the retail counter/Beauty Bar.
