Requirements

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them
• Ability to work with sales targets
• Ensure all client records are up to date pre- and post-treatment
• Maintain and clean all machines

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired but not required)
• Team player who works collaboratively
• A positive and friendly attitude towards clients
• Attention to detail when handling client records
• Excellent standards regarding client experience
