Urban Rose are looking for a beauty therapist for our Chiswick West London store. This role is perfect for someone passionate about beauty and wellness, dedicated to making clients look and feel their best. About the position:

We are currently looking for a full-time beauty therapist, specialising in manicures and pedicures, waxing, lashes & threading. As a Beauty Therapist, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional beauty treatments and services to our clients. You must be able to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients from the moment they enter the salon.

1. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction.
3. Recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements.
4. Stay updated with beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations.
5. Educate clients on post-treatment care and suggest MDL products.
6. Maintain hygiene standards by sanitising tools and equipment.
7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth salon operation.
8. Participate in training sessions and fulfill ad-hoc tasks as directed.
