As part of Thérapie Clinic, you will be integral to delivering high-quality care and outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, tailoring treatments to best suit them.
• Work with sales targets to contribute to the growth of the clinic.
• Ensure all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment.
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired, not required).
• Team player who works collaboratively.
• A positive and friendly attitude with clients.
• Attention to detail when dealing with client records.
• Excellent standards with regards to client experience.
