Responsibilities

• Provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in-store experience.
• Engage with customers, recommend treatments, and upsell products and services.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in beauty.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Be confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
• Be truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.

Hours & Salary

• Hours: 8 hours per week – Weekend availability is essential, with the option to pick up extra hours during the week and cover for holidays, offering flexibility and potential for overtime.
• Salary: £13.35 per hour
• Responsibilities include threading, tinting, facial & brow waxing, lash lifts, cluster lash extensions, piercing and nails (manicure, pedicure, gels, acrylics, body waxing and spray tanning).

Training

We offer in-house professional training in Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing & Lash extensions.
