We are an independent beauty & well-being boutique salon/award-winning clinic, established in 2011, and have been growing ever since! Our team is friendly, supportive, results-driven, and we take pride in delivering high-quality services to our loyal clients.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, confident individual who enjoys working as part of a team but can also thrive independently. You should be comfortable with recommending treatments, achieving sales targets, and providing expert client consultations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum qualifications: NVQ Level 2 & 3,

Experience in: facials, skin peels, microdermabrasion, massage, waxing & brow services, nails

Confident in client consultations and recommending tailored treatment plans

Ability to follow strict treatment protocols and ensure excellent client care

[Additional certifications or training considered a plus]

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Performing high-quality treatments

Conducting in-depth client consultations and ensuring all forms & medical histories are completed

Providing expert pre & post-treatment advice

Creating repeat business through treatment plans, product recommendations, and referrals

Maintaining a clean and professional working environment
