The Role:

• As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide services for spa guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from the spa team.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Spa, focusing on excellent customer care, and going the extra mile for every guest.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments for guests.
• Use guest feedback to ensure continuous excellent service is being delivered.
• Ensure all spa procedures and checks are completed daily.
• Build and maintain customer profiles to capture guest preferences and deliver wow factors throughout their spa journey.
• Develop and lead your team in identifying upselling opportunities.
• Attend regular meetings with the manager and the spa team.
