To stay ambitious, we are looking for a Beauty Supervisor to lead the beauty department in our new Frasers Department Store in Meadowhall.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the beauty team to deliver excellent customer service
• Maximize turnover and identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Manage and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Be present on the shop floor to drive sales
• Ensure all team members have the tools and knowledge to meet business objectives
• Manage presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives
• Stay aware of current trends, customer promotions, and monitor competitors
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, policies, and procedures
• Drive and deliver KPIs
• Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibility

Additional Information:
