We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Derry, overseeing our Ladieswear and Beauty Departments.

Job Description

Your Role:

  1. Maximise turnover to exceed targets and identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement.
  2. Manage and motivate the team to meet and surpass sales goals.
  3. Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  5. Ensure team members have the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
  6. Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives.
  7. Stay informed about current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors.
  8. Drive and achieve KPIs.
  9. Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibilities and accountability.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  1. Previous retail experience in the premium sector is preferred.
  2. Exceptional people management skills with strong leadership and motivation abilities.
  3. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting financial and sales data.
  5. High brand awareness and product knowledge.
  6. Understanding of the local area.
