Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profitability.
• Deliver consistent product training and unbiased customer advice.
• Assist in payroll planning and scheduling within budget.
• Ensure stock accuracy and adherence to stock handling policies.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly targets (ATV, AUS, conversion) and drive performance.
• Support recruitment and help build an inclusive, high-performing team.
