As a Beauty Sales Advisor at Frasers, you will be the expert in our beauty department, offering personalised advice, product demonstrations, and a luxurious shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for beauty and commitment to customer satisfaction will help our customers look and feel their best.

Job Description

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalised assistance and advice.
  • Beauty Expertise: Utilise your in-depth knowledge of beauty products to offer tailored advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-store demonstrations and consultations to showcase the benefits of our beauty products.
  • Sales: Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending the perfect products.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually stunning beauty displays that attract customers and highlight key products.
  • Stock Management: Ensure the beauty area is well-stocked, organised, and that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Beauty Enthusiast: A passion for all things beauty, with a strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Sales Driven: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in beauty retail or a similar role is highly desirable.
