Job Description

We’re looking for passionate and service-driven individuals to join our Beauty Team as Casual Sales Assistants in our brand-new Dundee store.

This is a customer-focused role where you'll deliver an exceptional shopping experience through personalised, one-to-one service. Whether helping a customer find the perfect skincare routine, introducing the latest fragrance launches, or styling a complete beauty look – you’ll inspire through your product knowledge and love of all things beauty.

You’ll be flexible, proactive, and ready to jump into different areas of the store when needed to support wider team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a welcoming first point of contact for customers
• Recognise and assist at nearby tills when required
• Deliver a world-class customer experience that sets Frasers apart
• Actively listen to customer needs and give personalised product recommendations
• Bring enthusiasm for multi-channel services to build loyalty and drive sales
• Handle queries confidently, both in person and over the phone
• Keep beauty areas replenished and well-presented, maintaining excellent back-of-house standards
• Present yourself in line with Fraser’s premium and polished image
• Get involved in in-store beauty events, offering feedback and ideas
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and display creativity in product presentation

• Relevant experience in a customer-facing or beauty retail environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, or fragrance
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Confidence in achieving and exceeding sales targets
