Job summary

Expd8 Limited is seeking a Beauty Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based team in Primark Chatham. You will drive sales by ensuring beauty stands are fully stocked and visually appealing, taking ownership of product placement and replenishment.

You will work within a ME4 4AY area with flexible hours, the role includes stock monitoring and collaboration with store staff to maintain high merchandising standards. The contract ends 26 January 2027 with potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Ability to arrange products on shelves to maximise visibility.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with store colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Product placement and replenishment to keep stands full.
• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Set up promotional displays and signage communicating prices and offers.
• Build good relationships with instore colleagues and store managers.
