Job summary

BYOMA is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Executive to ensure regulatory, safety and quality compliance across all products and markets. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance, you will manage documentation, scans of regulatory changes, and liaise with external partners to support registrations and launches.

You will embed Quality-by-Design, review supplier paperwork, and drive continuous improvement of the QA system while collaborating with Product

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory affairs and QA in a beauty brand/manufacturer.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured approach.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & compliance management across products and markets.
• Collation and maintenance of Product Information Files (PIFs).
• Review claims, ingredients, packaging and labeling for compliance.
• Coordinate product registrations and market access activities.
• Manage regulatory databases and ongoing certifications.
• Drive risk assessments and escalate non-compliances.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Design, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
