Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is sourcing multiple permanent Spa and Massage Therapists to join our client's team in Dorchester, Dorset.

• Spa Therapist pay from £27,600 to £40,960 per annum, with contracts ranging from 16 to 40 hours.
• Massage Therapist pay from £13.04 to £16 per hour, with contracts from 16 to 32 hours.
• Work schedule includes Tuesday to Sunday, with options for full-time or part-time patterns, including at least one weekend day.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications in Level 3 Beauty Therapy (CIBTAC/CIDESCO accredited), deep tissue massage (certificate sought), & gel nails (certificate sought). Experience with treatments in a spa setting is highly desirable.
• Alternatively, qualified Massage Therapists with a Level 2, 3, or 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, experienced in Swedish, Sports, & Deep Tissue massages. Additional skills in Aromatherapy, Pregnancy, Thai, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, or Indian Head massage are a plus but not essential.
• A passion for delivering luxury spa treatments and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to follow company standards and maintain immaculate treatment rooms.
• Comfortable using therapy products and equipment responsibly.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to make professional recommendations.
• Organized, target-driven, and capable of multitasking calmly under pressure.
• IT literate with basic Microsoft Office skills.
